Virtuas - Here I Come...
Well Raible already spilled the beans so I figure I should get my post up pronto. And yes I should have done it yesterday like Jeff and Bruce did. Ah well, I've been knee deep in kids, mother and fun all day yesterday so I did not have time (or inclination) to blog. My 7 year old just turned 8 and we had a great fun party/scavenger hunt for presents.
Anyway back to the point. We are building a really cool company where we get to help others adopt opensource. From helping understand the legal landscape of using an LGPL framework to knowing why and how to put Linux into the backend. Its going to be great, and its hard to ask for a better team to get started with.
As Bruce, Matt and Jeff said I'll be doing CTO (officially I'm Vice President of Commercial Operations and Chief Technology Officer) which as you probably know in a start up boils down to doing whatever needs to be done. My first official day is June 1st, I'm really excited about this new venture and can't wait to get going!
