so. you need blender, and if you do not have it, go to blender.org. alrighty. so you start up blender, and with the default cube selected, click "TAB" to enter edit mode. and then, press "W" to bring up a popup menu, and select "Subdivide Multi Fractal" button, then enter enter. "w" again, and this time subdivide smooth. once that is done, go to the little cube, or Fn F9 on a laptop or just plain F9 on a desktop. go to the little box that says "add modifier" and select, from the pop-up menu, subsurf, and then add a "Wave" modifier, and select "Normals". then, scroll down to the very bottom by pressing and holding the "ALT" or "Option" key and drag the mouse up. on the speed slider, click on the numbers and type, .177 in it. next, in height, .354 and then enter. width, 1.298, narrow, .894 . then, press Fn F5, or F5, and type in the "red" bar 1, and in the g and b, type 0. click on the SSS tab, and click the button that says, "Subsurface Scattering" and on the little thing that says "custom", click on it and then on the "ketchup". click Ctrl fn F12 to render your amazing fleshy, wavy, thing.
