a cleaner garage
Today, instead of going on a hike in this beautiful weather, we decided to organize the garage. It's not as fun, but it does have to be done. While in Denver, I bought 4 metal adjustable shelves, and with the girls help, Bill and I got a good start on the garage.
The girls sorted nails and screws into plastic containers and organized the toolboxes.
We are far from done, but we have made a good start. Our church is having a yard sale next weekend and we now have a quite a few items to donate. I am ready to get some things out of our garage and try to trim down even more. Since it looks possible that we will be here another winter, we have more trimming to do. Even if the house does sell, we will have less to move!
Cleaning out stuff is always refreshing. I just cleaned out the playroom and now I'm waiting for them to be asleep before I store the stuff in the shed or get rid of it. :)
