FLL kickoff
Last night we had a BBQ with 6 of the 8 families involved in FIRST Lego League this year. We had a great time of food, fellowship and Lego meeting while the black clouds rolled in and the rain/hail fell from the sky. We had just enough sunshine to not get soaked for the eating part, which was good. And one of the families brought a quick pop up square tent to cover the food before it got soaked.
We are excited about another year of engineering projects and Legos with now 11 wiggly boys aged 9-14! Our team has more than doubled since last year. We have a good group of kids and look forward to the Mondays ahead.
