off the market
Well, last week as I took my regular quick check over realtor.com for houses in Breckenridge, I noticed that our house was not there! I immediately called my realtor who was very apologetic and said that it would be back up within the hour and that she was very sorry for the inconvenience. After almost 2 hours, I received a phone call from someone in her office saying there is some computer glitch in realtor.com and they assured me that it would be up by the evening, but it was still active in the MLS, but I (and no one else) could see it at least on realtor.com. After a week, our property never made it back on realtor.com.
Well, I had been praying for clear direction as to what we should be doing. Hmm...
It's now officially off the market until further notice.
