we are home!
After a long day of traveling, we made it home safely last night (Thursday). We are all recovering today and enjoying our own beds and our home! Jacob woke up bright and early and ran around the house and pulled out each of his favorite toys one by one and was SO excited to see each one of them again. By 6:30 am, everyone was up and ready for the day.
I am still sick, but the children are doing well, which is wonderful. Bill's mom was here when we came home and we are enjoying our time together.
We are trying to gear up for a busy month ahead of us with First LEGO League, Bill's speaking schedule, Bible Study, Homeschool events, AWANA, art, piano, etc., and oh, yes, school! We are excited to get back into our normal routine. School was going very well before we left... let's hope we transition back quickly and easily. :)
Glad y'all made it back safely! That is terrible that you are still sick. I hope you get to feeling better soon! Sounds like you have lots to things to do. :)
